The Location Pastor (LP) serves as the primary leader for their CrossPoint location. While our Lead Teaching and Vision Pastor serves as the principle vision caster for our church, the Location Pastor carries our DNA into the culture in which the specific location resides. The LP role serves as a shepherd, as a developer, as a discipler, and as a leader in contextual ministry to the communities they serve.

The Worship Pastor/Minister is a spiritually mature, musically skilled leader who pastors people and shapes Christ-centered, congregational worship at CrossPoint Hutchinson. This role exists not only to lead songs, but to disciple worship team members, cultivate a culture of worship throughout the church, and partner with the pastoral staff in shepherding the congregation.
